BFT Kampong UBI is on the hunt for an ambitious and driven Group Fitness Coach who’s ready to be part of a high-performing team and build something special with us.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

This isn’t just another coaching gig. You’ll be a key pillar of our studio’s success—on the floor, in the community, and as a role model for members and junior coaches. You’ll also be actively involved in helping drive growth, retention, and energy across the board.
- Your responsibilities include:_

Delivering high-energy, technically excellent group sessions that leave members inspired

Welcoming trial members and ensuring they get an outstanding first experience

Supporting the Studio Manager in sales, retention, and performance KPIs

Building genuine connections with members to support their fitness journeys

Supporting marketing and outreach initiatives to grow studio visibility

Creating a studio culture that’s positive, professional, and performance-driven

Taking ownership of session quality, member feedback, and ongoing engagement

Participating in challenges, events, workshops, and all things community-driven

Assisting with studio maintenance and ensuring top-tier presentation

Stepping up to lead and grow, whether in coaching or business development

**Who We’re Looking For**
- We’re not looking for clock-in, clock-out trainers. We want leaders._
- If you bring energy, initiative, and ownership mindset, you’ll thrive here._

**You should have**:
A recognised fitness certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, FIC, NSCA, FISAF, NCSF, etc.)

1-2 years of group coaching experience (BFT experience preferred)
- No experience are also welcomed - training will be provided_

A strong command of training fundamentals, class flow, and member motivation

An instinct for community building and member relationships

CPR/AED & First Aid (valid)

Sales and member retention experience is a big plus

Hunger to grow as a coach and potentially step into leadership roles over time

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship, Fresh graduate, Freelance, Student job

Pay: $1,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
