Due to expansion plans, we are currently hiring **Engineering Executive** to support our current team. The person should be someone who has a good technical background on authority submission requirement, autocad drafting skills and communication skills.

**DESIGNER (BUILDING SERVICES)**

**Main Role and Responsibilities**

Design, carry out of site verification and preparation of submission of drawings/documents to the relevant technical authority in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparation of design drawing for compliance with authority compliance.
- Carry out site verification.
- Submission of plan/document to authorities.
- Monitoring and follow up on project status.

**Prerequisites**
- ITE/Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- Hands-on experience in design in an engineering consultancy firm.
- Experience in authority submission especially with SCDF fire safety regulation.
- Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and authority submission process.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting

**Skills Requirement**
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft office
- Experience with E-Corenet electronic submission process
