**About the Role**:
Using their business analysis and business process improvement skills, the Business Analyst investigates, analyzes, and articulates business problems and concepts, as well as opportunities for service improvement. The Business Analyst should be able to put their findings in the context of the organization’s IT enterprise architecture to account for the capabilities, business objectives, strategy, people, data, and processes that make up the business’ operating model.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or other related field (or equivalent and related experience).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in consulting as business analysis or in IT related work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and quantitative thinking.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology to work effectively in an agile team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate analysis clearly and precisely to provide business insights also for non-technical stakeholders.
