We at **BeepBeep** are expanding our team, and we are looking for like-minded people to grow our brand. We operate in the business of changing people's lives and behaviour when it comes to how they approach their grocery needs.

**What to Expect**

As a Regional Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance, building and expanding the Category Management team in 3 Countries within APAC. Your input into category strategy development, maintaining key relationships within the business and managing key regional supplier relationships will play a crucial role. You are expected to possess great communication skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop assortment, promotion and pricing strategy and plans to drive growth within each country
- Create, implement, and maintain joint business plans with key principles to achieve sales targets
- Ensure needs for growth in focused categories are represented in each country’s pipeline
- Leverage on evolving data insights to explore category opportunities, and other data sources to identify and size high growth category opportunities
- Analyse market data and distill insights into actions with alignment between category, marketing, procurement, and operations teams
- Work closely with Country Directors and Leads to make sure launch and growth plans are assembled to the specifics of countries in the region
- Run regional category summits to upskill local category management teams

**Requirements**:

- 6-8 years previous experience in a Category focused role within FMCG Industry with exposure to supply chain and marketing.
- Experience in managing a team
- Possess analytical skills and data interpretation in order to use metrics to discover areas of business improvement and drive performance.
- Demonstrate ability to be strong in negotiation and supplier management
- In-depth knowledge of marketing, sales operations and processes
- Self-motivated and career driven with a strong sense of urgency, enthusiasm and commitment
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel
