**Make an Impact by**:

- Providing support and assistance to Lead IT Project Manager in managing overall project delivery that entails project management processes such as initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing project
- Supporting Lead IT Project Manager in managing and tracking project fundamentals such as budget, scope, schedule, deliverables, quality, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, constraints and project change management process
- Supporting Lead IT Project Manager in gathering inputs on regular basis for reporting project progress and project financial updates as well as ensuring relevant project information is kept up-to-date
- Supporting Lead IT Project Manager in contract and vendor management, procurement management and financial management
- Assisting Lead IT Project Manager in organizing key project activities and events such as project launches, project meetings, project workshops and project training sessions
- Assisting Lead IT Project Manager in preparing relevant project artefacts/documents to comply with Group IT Project Delivery Methodology, Group IT Governance and other relevant Group-wide organization processes, policies, standards and frameworks
- Assisting Lead IT Project Manager in preparing presentation materials for reporting key project updates to Executive Steering Committee, Project Steering Committee and Project Working Committee
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as part of delivering project goals, including supporting Lead IT Project Manager in resolving project issues, addressing project risk mitigations/contingencies and settling project disputes
- Working with stakeholders to automate and document internal processes for more streamlined way of managing projects
- Supporting Lead IT Project Manager in requirements gathering and validation, solution development and testing, deployment, UAT and solution commissioning
- Work in an Agile environment (SCRUM)

**Skills for Success**:

- Currently pursuing or a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in project management and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
