**Job Description**:
As the Assistant Merchandiser Planner, you will be responsible for supporting the regionalised buying strategy for COS, ensuring we have the right stock levels per market and minimize reductions. This role supports technically the merchandising team to reach the business objectives.
- Cooperate with the Merchandise Planner, Market Merchandisers and Online Merchandisers with actions on stock and sales development and update the selling forecast based on commercial planning
- Coach the Market Merchandisers and Online Merchandisers in setting bottom-up sales plans on concept and garment group level
- Support the fast repeat process in partnering with the Concept Merchandiser and Production Office
- Set buying levels in line with the financial plan and outgoing stock on previous seasons
- Manage the Weekly Sales Stock and Income for both Stores and Online
- Increase top line selling and decrease reductions for the region
- Follow up on the current buy to ensure we have the appropriate level of stock coverage matching to the financial plan for the upcoming season
- Analyse our weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and stock situation. Coach market merchandisers and OL Merchandisers on actions and activations needed to drive their selling and adjust buying levels depending on the expected outgoing stock
- Support the percentage split between markets to ensure that each market receives the stock needed to drive their sales plan
- Manage the Technical Minimal Quantities for all markets
- Optimize our total stock levels by moving product from suppliers between countries or markets, maximizing our selling potential and minimizing reductions
- Identify further opportunities in % markets and act on them in line with buying
- Simulate selling scenarios for the current season.

- Previous experience working in a planning or merchandising role, working with stores in multiple locations
- A self starter who displays entrepreneurial spirit and able to take full ownership of their market
- Excellent data analysis skills and the ability to decide sales driving actions based on the results
- Excellent collaborator with the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, provide feedback, challenge and speak confidently in front of an audience
- Is curious and stays up to date with trends and is knowledgeable about products, services etc.
- Ability to travel when required
