**As Ecommerce Merchandiser Planner, you contribute meaningfully to the business by creating, plan and drive net selling on given market in order to secure relevant customer offer and cost-efficient commercial management of stock. You identify risks and potentials as well as taking part in developing methods and tools in order to maximize selling and secure goals.**
**This role covers Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines - and reports to Ecommerce Head of Merchandising.**

Key responsibilities:_**
- Commercial Goal, Planning and Actions
- Overall responsible for the pre-season planning and setting the total commercial goals and KPIs in the selling equation from a top-down perspective, both seasonal and weekly.
- Sync top-down goals with bottom-up goals per concept and garment group on seasonal and weekly level with the merchandisers.
- Create rates and reduction plans on top level per week and sync with bottom-up plans from merchandisers
- Break down analysis of KPIs on different sales types.
- Collaborate cross functionally and with stakeholders to secure commercial activations, both long and short-term planning to deliver on relevant customer offer.

Stock Management_**
- Analyze sales and take actions to drive net selling in a cost-efficient way.
- Follow up on order, sold pieces, rates and reduction accuracy on both daily and weekly level.
- Together with concept merchandisers and inline with forecasted incoming stock and sales goal, set top line buying level and sync with bottom-up goals per concept (down to department level).
- Continuously follow up and revise buying with proactive initiative on stock level.
- Support team and stakeholders in understanding stock level and selling performance and suggest possible strategic commercial actions to drive results towards goals.
- Define and prioritize biggest opportunities and threats based on biggest impact on selling and customer offer.
- Plan, analyze and forecast stock levels on total, concept and garment group level - take strategic and creative action to manage stock level at lowest cost through most suitable action.
- Close collaboration with distribution center regarding capacity level.

Besides your personality we see that you have / are:_**
- Experience in E-commerce Merchandise Planning or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn your analysis into actions that you can implement in your team.
- Previous experience and strong knowledge of working within retail / FMCG merchandise planning.
- Strong in driving results and constantly improving ways of working.
- Strong results in “HOW” - a true ambassador of H&M values.
- Leadership qualities with strong and clear communication skills.
Effective and charismatic communicator that can communicate in a convincing and inspiring way - not afraid to present business proposal as well as speaking to a large audience.
- Motivated individual who is not afraid to take initiative and make decision under mínimal guidance.
