**About Jayee Home:
Our company is a leading furniture retailer specializing in the sale of high-quality sofas. We are seeking a Retail Manager to oversee our sales team and drive sales performance.

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Business Development _
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsible for the sales and KPIs performance of the store
- Analyse and manages sell through and identify and communicates regularly with production heads on product availability and market trends to maximize productivity
- Analyse the business, propose and implement action, plan to reach qualitative and quantitative objectives, improve results, and support key business strategies
- Team Management _
- Manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Provide training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge
- Create a dynamic environment. Motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork and maintain harmonious staff relations
- Set achievable goals and targets, and ensures the staff follows Company guidelines and is held accountable for achieving set goals
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure the showroom is up-to-date with the latest product offerings
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales performance and trends
- Store Management _
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the showroom is well-maintained and properly stocked
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing operational costs and balancing all related budgetary expenses in a cost efficient manner
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives and applies strategies to deliver best results through merchandising and visual representation
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure the showroom is up-to-date with the latest product offerings

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a retail manager in a furniture or home goods store
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a team
- Sales-driven and results oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to analyse sales data and develop sales strategies
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
