We are seeking a Tech Finance Manager responsible for optimizing management accounting processes and creating management accounting data. This position plays a strategic role in enhancing the technology department's financial performance and supports reporting and decision-making for the management team.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and Improvement of Management Accounting Processes:

- Design, implement, and continuously improve management accounting processes.
- Build efficient data collection and reporting mechanisms through collaboration with various departments.

Budget Planning and Variance Management:

- Formulate annual budgets and conduct quarterly budget reviews.
- Perform variance analysis between actual results and budgets, identify causes, and propose improvement measures.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present them to the management team.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and risks, and provide strategic recommendations.

Cost Management and Efficiency Improvement:

- Manage costs of development projects and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Support efficient resource allocation and enhance project profitability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Strengthen collaboration with development, sales, marketing, and other departments to support company-wide financial strategies.
- Work with the IT department to optimize management accounting systems.

Team Building:

- Manage team members and tasks to make excellent performance and keep stable operations

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Over 5 years of practical experience in finance and accounting.
- Knowledge and practical experience in management accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification.
- Financial experience in the IT industry or development department.
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
