Design and maintain the UI design system while ensuring the consistency of the design language throughout - Proven ability to identify and troubleshoot key UI and UX issues - Design and support owned channel and campaign assets development - Balance business requirements and customer-centric design approach to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups - Basic understanding of how technology systems and B2B financial services
- A degree and/or professional qualifications in communication & media, industrial design, information system or equivalent field relating to design - A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions - Attention to details and have a keen eye for aesthetics - Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions - Proficient in tools like Sketch, Figma, Photoshop - Experience in planning and conducting user research, usability testing and discovery workshops will be an added advantage - Experience in creating hi-fi prototypes will be an added advantage - Experience in banking and financial products will be an added advantage
