**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform the duties of a Workplace Safety and Health Officer in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant WSH legal requirements, codes of practices, and Singapore Standards. This will also include communicating with external and internal stakeholders on up-to-date changes in WSH legislation and other requirements.
- Maintain an effective Safety Management System for the organization.
- Conduct workplace inspections to ensure compliance with WSH Act and COVID-19 legislations.
- Lead incident investigations to identify root causes and appropriate corrective actions.
- Establish and maintain a positive safety culture in the workplace.
- Perform risk assessments and recommend appropriate control measures to stakeholders.
- Conduct WSH training and champion WSH promotional activities.
- Maintains WSH documented information for the organization.
- Secretariat of safety committees/subcommittees.

**Job Requirements**:

- MOM registered WSHO with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Workplace Safety and Health.
- Degree in Safety, Health, and Environmental Management.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry (Preferable in CAG, LTA, PUB, projects, and Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) Safety in Underground Construction.
- At least 2 years experience in CAG, Airport Operational and Safety requirements for Changi Airport, Such as (Runway, taxiways, taxi lanes, and roads)
- Sound knowledge of QEHS Internal Auditor - ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.
- Self-driven and team player.
- Good communication and presentation skills including the ability to speak, present and write clearly and effectively.
- Good interpersonal skills including the ability to develop cooperative work relationships with peers and superiors.
- Proficiency in relevant WSH legislations, Singapore Standards, Codes of Practices, and guidelines.
