To address the evolving business demands and navigate the complexities of internal control frameworks, local operating procedures, and promotional/marketing guidelines for therapeutic products in a highly competitive environment.

This pivotal role involves developing and ensuring the effective execution of marketing strategies to achieve business growth and deliver on organizational objectives for therapeutic products.

**Key Responsibilities**

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities as follows:

- Develop annual and three-year marketing and sales strategies for therapeutic products to drive business growth. Proactively identify opportunities and create innovative plans to achieve market leadership in the older adult therapeutic product space.
- Evaluate and develop long-, medium-, and short-term marketing plans and budgets for therapeutic products, ensuring marketing costs are reviewed and controlled within agreed parameters, while delivering a positive ROI.
- Develop and track key dashboards to monitor progress and identify issues related to therapeutic products.
- Ensure adherence to and implementation of governance processes and policies for therapeutic products.
- Drive cross-functional engagement and alignment of strategies/plans with other internal functions, including Commercial, Medical Affairs, Corporate/Government Affairs, Regulatory, Pricing, Market Analysis, and Supply/Demand Managers, to ensure effective execution of therapeutic product plans.
- Secure buy-in and support from management, brand teams, and sales teams for therapeutic product brand plans. Guide the evolution and execution of plans through the Brand Plan and Execution Plan process.
- Organize and oversee relevant internal meetings to ensure clear communication and understanding of strategies, core messages, and approaches related to therapeutic products.
- Coach team members in skills and competencies necessary for high-quality performance in therapeutic product marketing.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing plans aligned with therapeutic product brand strategies, creating a personalized omni-channel experience for customers through Go-To-Market (GTM) planning, design, and monthly implementation.
- Collaborate with Medical teams to develop and implement KEE (Key External Expert) engagement strategies using face-to-face and digital channels to support therapeutic product brand objectives.
- Execute an above-industry-standard disease awareness campaign, leveraging insights into consumer journeys and robust understanding of media, social media, and consumer activation channels to drive awareness and engagement.

- Insightful knowledge of customers’ digital habits, enabling the creation of effective omni-channel communication strategies.
- Resilient, resourceful, and innovative when addressing challenges or capitalizing on opportunities.

**Preferred Qualifications**

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmaceuticals, business, or marketing.
