**About Marketnode**

Marketnode is an SGX Group and Temasek joint venture focused on digital markets infrastructure for fixed income, funds and structured products.

Marketnode is the market operator for Gateway - a digital issuance and settlement platform. With completion of pilot issuances, the platform is now looking to scale and therefore build it’s BAU operations capabilities through hiring a seasoned operations specialist. The Gateway operations team will work with issuers, distributors and service providers to run a world class infrastructure using the latest blockchain technologies.

**Job Summary**

You will be responsible for:

- Establish operational team, and procedures with institutional market participants and coordinate any changes in operations processes where applicable
- Manage counterparties and service providers' relationships and monitor to ensure proper controls line with internal policies
- Conduct regular reviews of SLAs and procedure manual
- Oversight and ownership of the team's operational risk profile
- Responsible for the training and development of team to build up succession of roles in the team
- Engage in day-to-day operations as needed
- Work closely with product owner and technology teams for platform enhancement and help position it as a go-to place for native digital issuance, settlement and distribution

**Essential Skills**
- 10+ years of experience in custody and asset servicing operations in either buyside, private banking or custody
- Experience in cash operations will also be valued
- Experience in managing and leading a team with 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong understanding of operational risks and control frameworks
- Strong advocate of continuous improvement in quality and delivery of the team
- Effective communication skills, written, presentational and verbal
- Experience in managing relationships with service providers and managing daily operations
