Your Role:

- Lead and supervise a team of mechanical supervisors and contractors, ensuring the safe and timely execution of plant maintenance, modifications, and construction activities.
- Coordinate with plant operators and maintenance teams to ensure the integrity of plant operations while minimizing disruptions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in both static and rotating equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, blowers) and implement countermeasures.
- Oversee upgrades and modifications to plant facilities in line with technical specifications and business needs.
- Train and develop staff and contractors to enhance their competencies.
- Respond to emergencies and resolve mechanical issues within tight timelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SS651.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering**:

- At least **2 years of experience**in mechanical maintenance within the **oil, petrochemical, or chemical manufacturing industry**:

- Hands-on expertise in **static and rotating equipment maintenance**(e.g., **pumps, compressors, heat exchangers**)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SAP knowledge is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
