The Senior Data Strategist serves as a point of escalation for governance, data quality and protection issues and will work closely with Business and technical stakeholders to identify, improve the quality and value of DFS core data assets.
- Continuously establish and govern the enterprise data governance implementation **roadmap and framework**:

- **Data domains management**:

- coordinate with data owners and data stewards, organize the monthly data domain committee meetings, prioritize and kick off new data domains, identify data owners and stewards
- **Lead data quality management **- lead data quality sub-team, work with data owners and stewards on the defining and improvement of data quality, including but not limited to maintenance on data quality dashboard, data quality checking rules define and data exceptions alerting and resolution framework design
- **Establish KPI Governance **- define indicators of performance and quality metrics and ensure compliance with data related business requirements and standards
- **Establish and maintain Enterprise Data model **- establish DFS enterprise data model, construct a full view of data architecture within the full data lifecycle
- **Critical data gaps integration management **- identify and lead to close the data gaps, identify core data assets need to be integrated into the centralized data warehouse and ensure good quality control around
- **Data Protection internal process management **- working as the coordination unit for DFS data protection, together with Risk Management, DPO, cybersecurity and legal department, establish and maintain internal process of data protection such as data classification, data retention, maintenance of data privacy e-learning
- Other tasks related to DFS data strategy such as **conducting group annual data maturity assessment **, maintain data projects **prioritization framework **etc
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager

**Key Requirements**:

- Degree with business management, computer science or related areas
- 3-5 years of hands on data management or project management skills
- An Architect personality, with strategist view and able to build both short term and long term success
- Passion for data and enthusiasm on building trust to DFS data
- Solid experience with project management methodologies and vendor management skills
- Strong sense of ownership and able to step up at times of need
- Drive to have a better understanding behind the data requirements
- Good leadership skills driving team to success
- Preferred but not a must to have experience on data architecture and data engineer experience
