Operations - Senior Executive/manager

**About the Role** We are seeking a resourceful and hands-on Operations Senior Executive/Manager to support and drive the smooth execution of our operations inclusive of frozen food delivery supply chain (coordination from Central Kitchen -> frozen storage warehouse -> Customers' homes via 3rd party logistics partner), procurement and other daily operational matters. This role plays a key part in managing logistics for our frozen meal delivery service, managing events (corporate / collaboration) coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure excellence in service delivery. ⸻ **Key Responsibilities** **Operations & Fulfillment** - Oversee daily operations of the frozen food delivery service, including order processing, inventory coordination, and third-party delivery management. - Liaise with the production team to align output with sales forecasts and customer demand. - Coordinate last-mile delivery with logistics partners and proactively resolve delivery-related issues. - Manage import/export logistics for frozen food products, including documentation and customs clearance.Ensure compliance with cold chain standards by working closely with cold room storage providers. **Project & Process Management** - Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with senior management. - Assist in the procurement of resources, materials, and services required for project implementation. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making. **Event Planning & Coordination** - Help to plan, organize, and execute outreach events such as lunch health talks, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful engagement. - Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality event experiences. - Manage all logístical arrangements, including venue setup, catering, equipment, and on-site support ⸻ **Requirements**: **Experience & Expertise** - Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field. - Proven track record in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships. - Prior experience in import/export logistics is highly advantageous. - Familiarity with cold chain logistics and cold room operations is a strong plus. **Skills & Competencies** - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners. - Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project coordination. - Proficient in digital tools, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets), and basic operations software. **Personal Attributes** - Adaptable, resourceful, and detail-oriented.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving needs. ⸻ **Working Hours & Location** - **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, One Saturday per month - **Office Location**: Convenient walking distance from **Yio Chu Kang MRT Station** ⸻ **Application Details** - Current and expected salary - Availability or notice period to commence work
