Our client, A leading global maritime brokerage firm is expanding its team and seeks experienced professionals in commodity derivatives broking. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing desk that provides risk management solutions and execution services to institutional clients across global markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients daily, offering market insights, trade ideas, and execution services.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Negotiate and execute transactions, ensuring smooth and compliant trade execution.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding the client base and identifying new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, analyze data, and provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Conduct due diligence on new clients and manage risk exposure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and strategic direction.
- Represent the firm at industry events and networking engagements as required.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 year’s experience in hard commodities broking; Metals, Oil and Gas, trading, and derivatives markets.
- Knowledgeable in Commodity Markets and Risk Management.
- Those with more years of experience will be considered for Senior roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent market knowledge and the ability to provide strategic insights.
- Commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong numerical abilities.
