Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international ship brokerage looking for Derivatives Brokers to join their team in either London, Geneva, Copenhagen, Dubai, Oslo, Miami or Genoa. Key Responsibilities Accurately execute derivatives trades while adhering to regulations and risk guidelines. Build strong client relationships, offering tailored advice and market insights. Monitor markets to identify trends and provide timely recommendations. Manage portfolio risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Onboard new clients, cross-sell products, and drive revenue growth. Key Qualifications / Experience 5+ years of experience as a Derivatives Broker. Proven success in a brokering or trading role within financial markets. Strong understanding of derivatives products (futures, options, swaps) and associated trading strategies. Proficiency in market analysis tools, quantitative skills, and understanding of risk management principles. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities to drive client satisfaction and business growth. Transferable portfolio of business is advantageous. Role is in either London, Geneva, Copenhagen, Dubai, Oslo, Miami or Genoa. For all positions based in Switzerland, Redstone Commodity Search works with their licensed Swiss partner Accurity GmbH.
