We are looking for a **Senior Visual Designer** to join our growing team to produce and manage content on our social media platforms

This role is required to work independently and as a team to craft content assets and calendars for social media postings, including organic and paid content.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Create appealing content with an exceptional range of creative, technical and editorial imagery
- Direct photo shoots and execute standard photography operation procedures (i.e. image editing)
- Develop and align visual identity, branding standards and strategies
- Shoot, edit and upload catalogue photos
- Generating ideas, developing and executing creative and meaningful brand campaigns and initiatives on all channels
- Assist in planning and managing marketing and content calendar
- Develop, execute and align content ideas and communications on all channels
- Copywriting for all content including products, captions, articles, EDMs accordingly to the brand tone and voice
- Assist in preparing proposals and managing negotiations for partnership and collaborations
- Design work for print output - advertisements, posters, signages, print collateral and web. Ensure timely delivery of design & artwork and strictly adhere to work schedule.
- Give full support, plan, manage, actively involve and attend marketing events Assist in visual merchandising in stores

Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree/Diploma with at least 2 years experience.
- **Photography** skill is needed
- Passionate about **fashion and aesthetics**:

- Passion and strong in brand storytelling and articulation.
- A good eye for aesthetics
- Familiar and proficient with all social media platforms, functions and trends
- Experience in social media content
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Is an open-minded individual
- Creative & thinks out of the box
- Able to work independently and also excel as a team player
- Possess a positive attitude, and open to receiving constructive criticisms to improve the quality of work
- Preferably knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva

Desired Skills and Experience

**Social Media, Community Management, Trend Analysis, Content Writing, Social Media Marketing.** Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Photography would be a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000 - $4,500.00 per month
