**A day in the life of...**:

- Engage in the channel/ customer’s thinking, to develop and implement channel/ customer’s strategies with a horizon of 6 - 12 months
- To develop Integrated Commercial Planning (with internal alignment to develop customer plan)
- Understand and drive customer’s insights and developments
- Jointly manage channel/ customer sales and profitability to achieve sustainable growth
- Manage market research and analytics both with the category development team and market reserach partners

**What will make you successful...**:

- Category product knowledge within the fmcg industry
- 10+ years commercial experience as demonstrated by channel or distributor management experience
- Business managerial experience within trade marketing, marketing/sales or commercial functions. Preferably with Trade Marketing/CCSD experience.
- Demonstrated business planning & implementation skills (Project Management)
- Financial implication and awareness (P&L statement, supply chain reports etc)
