Senior Cost Manager Electrical

**In this role you will**:

- Actively partner with clients, responding to their requests accurately and on time
- Assist in creating cost analysis feedback and lessons learned to the client for future works
- Assist in the Bid Evaluation process including analysing data and identifying areas requiring additional investigation
- Be part of a larger team of cost managers delivering a robust cost management service to the client
- Expertly negotiate with contractors to agree materials quantities based upon detailed designs
- Partner in preparing and agreeing final accounts, including handling any claims to ensure the best value for the client
- Prepare budget cost estimates
- Resolve any commercial, change orders and contract issues quickly and fairly
- Support team leader with cost control, cost reporting and forecasting of electrical scope of work

**We would love to hear from you if you**:

- Are an experienced cost manager on large scale construction projects with increasing levels of leadership
- Understand M&E Systems and have a strong ability to read services drawings and schematics, particularly electrical
- Have a degree or comparable experience in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment
- Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
- Enjoy building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
