Updating collection software within the organization;
Working on CRM systems.

Written and reading English proficiency (native or advanced level) - mandatory;
Experience in customer service - mandatory;
Experience in back office;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support customers with ease;
Efficiency to offer relevant and satisfactory solutions to customers;
Ability to ask questions, listen and redirect the conversations;
Ability to overcome objections, analyze responses and negotiate resolutions;
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve required metrics and standards;
Solid time management skills and attention to detail;
Knowledge of customer service.
