We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as **Head of Discretionary and Funds SEA.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

**Sales & Distribution Strategy**
- Collaborate closely with distribution, specialists, and relationship management teams to drive product sales, increase client adoption, and grow assets under management (AUM)
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, sales campaigns, and training programs to boost product penetration across retail, affluent, HNW and UHNW segments
- Analyze client behavior, sales trends, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and business development plans

**Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Lead and mentor a team of product specialists and product managers, fostering a high-performance culture
- Represent the team in key client meetings, investment committees, product pitches, and industry events
- Partner with marketing, digital, and client experience teams to enhance product visibility and education

**Product & Portfolio Management**
- Oversee the strategic development, launch, and lifecycle management of mutual fund products and discretionary portfolios
- Involved in portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management processes to deliver consistent performance aligned with client objectives
- Ensure adherence to all investment policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
Requirements**Requirements**:

- Relevant working experience and deep understanding of Discretionary and Funds business for both retail and private banking
- Substantial senior-level experience in a similar role
- Strong Risk and Compliance mindset
- Strategic thinking, good business acumen
- Excellent communication skill including ability to present complex financial concepts and strategies
- Proactive, independent and enthusiastic personality
