Our personalized approach ensures every customer’s individual needs are met. **Responsibilities** - Lead and motivate a team of consultants and therapists to optimize sales while maintaining exceptional service and retail standards. - Achieve customer service and sales objectives by fostering a culture of excellence. - Handle customer refund and complaint cases promptly to ensure resolution and satisfaction. - Gather and document customer testimonials, feedback, and "before and after" photos. - Collaborate on marketing strategies to enhance outlet sales performance. - Identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes to elevate customer experience and service standards. - Demonstrate resourcefulness, a service-oriented mindset, and hands-on management skills. - Assist the management team in managing retail staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational guidelines. - Monitor inventory levels and ensure smooth daily operations. - Provide training and mentorship to new staff to maintain high operational and service standards. - Prepare and submit outlet performance reports to the management team. **What We’re Looking For** - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the beauty or spa industry, with prior experience in a managerial role preferred. - A highly motivated individual who is sales-driven and result-oriented. - Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service. - Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in using basic computer software for inventory and sales tracking. - A beauty or spa-related certificate/diploma is an added advantage.
