**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Liaise and assist Contracts Manager & Project Directors in responding to request for quotation from prospective clients both local and overseas
- Assist Contracts Manager to manage and coordinate preparation of pre-tender documentation and response to tender clarifications and amendments involved and attends tender meetings leading to award of tenders
- Assist Contracts Manager to prepare contract documents for control and implementation of contract administration and reviews commercial aspects of contract and agreement with clients & sub-contractors
- Monitor and review QS progress claim, sub-con payment, variation claim and final account are in accordance to SOP act/Contract provision and ensure timely submission.
- Attend site meetings with Project Staff as and when required
- Assist Contracts Manager to prepare budgets and cash flow projection in conjunction with Directors, CFO and Project Managers
- Assist Contracts Manager to guide Contract and Project teams to assess project performance and monitoring project cost vs budget cost on monthly basis
- Implement and review cost control measure to achieve higher profitability
- Assist Contracts Manager in negotiation of sub-contractors packages and preparation of sub-contractor or supplier agreement letters
- Implement purchasing strategies to ensure the material/sub-con are secured for project requirements/needs.
- Assist Contracts Manager to liaise with CFO in conjunction with Project Managers on costs controls
- Monitor Project cost vs Budget cost and prepare general financial administration
- Report Cost history for contract negotiation and budget
- Prepare extension of time and notified claim letter for various projects.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- At least 8 years of experience in Construction
- Degree in QS or Civil Engineering
- Experience in LTA maintenance Contracts
- Experience in civil & infrastructure projects with local authorities
- Well-versed in both public and private sector Conditions of Contract and construction law in Singapore
- Excellent written, communication and negotiation skills
- Great leadership in managing and guiding staff
- Motivated individual and company first attitude
