You will lead and manage the Donor Recruitment team to achieve the set annual targets by motivating and inspiring high performance in the recruitment of cord blood donors and clients for family banking. Your duties will include reviewing and developing SOPs and documents relating to donor education and recruitment activities, ensuring proper documentation and execution of activities, executing marketing plans, as well as developing and executing the annual operations plan. You will also ensure functionality of all systems used for donor recruitment activities and oversee the delivery services for collection of cord blood and maternal samples. Other duties include overseeing procurement of consumables and office supplies, leading developmental projects, participating in audits and supporting the overall management functions of SCBB.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years’ experience in healthcare or related management position
- Experience in executing marketing or outreach campaigns in social/ healthcare sector
- Experience in midwifery, obstetrics & gynecology, or nursing is an advantage
- Energetic and self-driven
- Good leadership skills
- Ability to network and influence
- Strong interpersonal skills and high Adversity Quotient
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
