Are you passionate about global metals markets? Do you have a sharp analytical mind and a knack for turning data into actionable insights? We’re looking for a Metals Analyst to join our dynamic team and provide high-impact analysis on trends, pricing, and supply-demand shifts across base metals.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
You will assist traders with the execution of trades and ensure accuracy of trade entries for all metals. This includes monitor and manage open positions and provide real-time support, maintaining accurate records of trades, positions, and market activities. You will also be responsible for:

- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all trading systems.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support trading decisions.
- Continuously monitor global metal markets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Providing traders with relevant market information and updates.
- Conduct in-depth research on market conditions, economic indicators, and geopolitical events impacting the metals market.
- Analyse supply and demand dynamics, price movements, and market trends to provide insights.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**:
Your previous experience in analysing metal markets, understanding supply and demand dynamics, and identifying market trends is key for success. The ability to conduct thorough and comprehensive market research and to translate this research into actionable trading strategies is important. You will also;
- Self-starter and enthusiastic about building a book from scratch.
- High level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with trading software such as Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar platforms. Python coding skills an advantage.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to assess market trends.
