Facilities Manager

**The Role: Facilities Manager**:
As our **Facilities Manager**, you ensure the physical heartbeat of our clubs is operating at peak health. You'll be responsible for the upkeep, safety, cleanliness, functionality, and compliance of our environments — from ice baths to saunas to every detail in between.

Your role is a blend of strategic oversight, daily operational support, and vendor coordination. You'll lead with **precision, efficiency, and care**, ensuring our spaces meet world-class wellness standards and our mission is delivered — beautifully and safely — every day.

**Your Impact**:
**Club & Facilities Operations**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of all facilities across the TIBC Singapore club network.
- Oversee functionality and maintenance of cold plunge systems, saunas, HVAC, lighting, water supply, and backup systems.
- Perform regular facilities inspections, track service logs, and ensure a proactive maintenance schedule.

**Health, Safety & Compliance**:

- Uphold all regulatory and internal safety standards — including fire safety, workplace hygiene, equipment checks, and water quality compliance.
- Own and maintain all documentation related to statutory audits, emergency procedures, and safety certifications.
- Implement and lead emergency protocols, incident response procedures, and disaster recovery planning.

**Vendor & Contractor Management**:

- Manage and optimise relationships with external vendors (cleaning, M&E, plumbing, HVAC, etc).
- Review scopes of work, SLAs, and performance — ensuring service delivery meets TIBC standards.
- Oversee procurement, contract renewals, and ensure cost efficiency across services and supplies.

**Budgeting & Admin**:

- Own the facilities maintenance budget and work closely with the COO and finance team.
- Track spend, forecast repairs, and keep costs aligned with operational and brand standards.
- Maintain systems logs, expense records, and ensure financial compliance on all contractor works.

**Team & Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Work closely with Club Managers to ensure day-to-day facilities needs are addressed quickly and thoroughly.
- Train staff on emergency protocols, reporting procedures, and equipment basics.
- Participate in club openings, expansions, and launch projects from a facilities lens.

**You Bring**:
**Must-Have Qualities**:

- ** 8+ years of experience** in facilities, operations, property, or hospitality management.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems: HVAC, M&E, water treatment, pumps, fire systems, etc.
- Ability to work across multiple locations with agility and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of local health, safety, and fire regulations in Singapore.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort with hands-on troubleshooting.
- Calm, proactive communicator — especially under pressure.

**Bonus Points For**:

- Experience managing facilities in wellness, boutique fitness, hospitality, or F&B.
- Familiarity with cold and heat recovery systems (ice baths, infrared, saunas).
- Experience leading renovations, retrofits, or fit-outs.
- Basic understanding of smart building systems, IoT sensors, or BMS.
