**Job Overview
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Talent Development Strategy**:Develop and implement comprehensive talent development strategies that align with Chagee SEA’s business goals and objectives.
- **Leadership Development**:Design and manage leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders and enhance the capabilities of current leaders.
- **Talent Management**:Implement talent management processes, including succession planning, career development, and talent reviews, to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- **Organizational Development**:Develop and implement organizational development initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and support change management.
- **Learning and Development**:Oversee the creation and delivery of learning and development programs that support employee growth and organizational needs.
- **Performance Management**:Develop and manage performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
- **Employee Engagement**:Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- **Metrics and Reporting**:Monitor and analyze metrics related to talent and organizational development, preparing detailed reports and providing strategic recommendations to the SEA Human Resources Director.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with HR business partners, department heads, and external consultants to ensure the effective implementation of talent and organizational development programs.
- **Change Management**:Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and ensure a smooth transition during periods of change.
**Preferred Skills**
- Extensive experience in talent and organizational development, particularly within the retail or food and beverage sector.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using talent management and organizational development software.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of best practices in talent development, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
