**Purpose of Position
Cybersecurity Manager’s primary role is to develop, mature and maintain a sound Cybersecurity Defense system that is well supported by strategic/tactical plans for risk management and establishment of governance framework for information security.

**Responsibilities:
1. Communication with management and key stakeholders, team members, internal & external auditors, vendors, and customers relating to cybersecurity matters.

2. Safeguard IT systems as per key roles mentioned above

a. Partake in Cybersecurity initiatives - taking lead role in MSS SOC,

VAPT, PAM, etc.

b. Plan and implement security improvements by assessing current

situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements

c. Work with other sites to implement new technology that can

reduce risk

d. Ensure cybersecurity stays on the organization radar

3. Cybersecurity awareness training

a. Plan, organize and implement security awareness training to IT

staff and employees

4. Patching Cadence

**Requirements
1. Bachelor in Computer Science or other related fields

2. 5+ years of experience leading infrastructure technical teams

3. Understand the architecture, administration, and management of

operating systems (various Linux distros, Windows, etc.), networking,

and virtualization software

4. CISSP, CEH, OSCP, GCIH
