**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and engage with patients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Assist chiropractors with patient assessments, including taking histories and spinal examinations _(Including palpation, range of motion and postural assessment) _
- Prepare patients for treatments, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Provide education and answer basic questions about chiropractic treatment procedures
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient information and care plans
- Manage insurance claims and billing processes
- Ensure proper maintenance, organization, and cleanliness of equipment and office
- Act as a liaison between chiropractors and patients, effectively relaying information and instructions
- Supervise and train other assistants or new staff members when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a chiropractic assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in basic office software
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry advancements
