Channel Account Manager, Healthcare

**Overview**:
**What you will be doing**:
- Meet or exceed targets through the identification and prioritization of opportunities and execution of company's channel sales process
- Proactively initiate contact with customers and partners on a regular basis to develop, maintain and expand business relationships
- Collaborate with all available partner and company resources to maintain an accurate pipeline
- Assist with the development of an accurate sales forecasting relating to current customer growth on a real-time basis
- Research, identify and sign new Healthcare VAR and SI partners across the region in specified territories across APAC
- Engage with the Partner Enablement team to ensure partners are trained and fully resourced to be successful
- Provides input and executes business plan in collaboration with the channel team
- Take ownership and ensure proper and timely resolution of issues escalated from assigned accounts
- Record all customer account information in the CRM, including registration and assignment of leads, conversations, visits and joint sales calls
- Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management services and/or Enterprise Medical Imaging desirable
- Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy
**What will make you successful**:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in enterprise software sales and channel sales
- Significant experience managing channel partners - including resellers, strategic partners, and system integrators
- Demonstrated experience and success in software sales in Healthcare, particularly via the channel in Asia
- Experience working across South East Asia and ANZ in Healthcare
- Exceptional cultural understanding across the APAC region
- Proficiency in demonstrating the company's solution set
- Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others
- Strong at gaining consensus across multiple departments and leadership levels
- Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
- Highly organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage work to completion with mínimal oversight
- Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
- Up to 50% travel time required
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
