**Job Description**:
- Plan and organize our marketing and social media schedule
- Develop engaging content for Cocos’s social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor, track, and analyze analytics for our social media pages to identify growth opportunities and optimize outreach and engagement
- Identify social media marketing trends and produce content for the required platforms.
- Planning, developing and executing social media content that align with the company's strategic focuses and purpose, and target audience preferences
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Familiarity with graphic and video design tools such as Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom CC), Canva
- Passionate about marketing, brand management, or digital marketing
- Comfortable working independently, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams
