The Marketing Intern/ Social Media Intern is responsible for supporting the marketing team in enhancing the company’s social media presence. This role focuses on assisting with campaign execution, content creation, audience engagement, and tracking performance metrics to drive brand awareness and engagement across various digital platforms. The intern will collaborate closely with the team to ensure the brand message is consistently communicated and that content aligns with the company’s marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with the planning and execution of social media campaigns.
- Developing weekly and monthly content calendars to promote the brand
- Creating and sharing engaging content (infographics, videos, etc.) across social media and own channels.
- Monitoring social media engagement to identify successful campaigns.
- Responding to social media comments and messages in accordance with the brand language.
- Researching and brainstorming ideas for original content.
- Writing compelling captions that resonate with our audience.
- Helping with the creation and editing of short-form videos.
- Assisting in photo and video content production.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor Degree in marketing and or related discipline
- **Able to commit at least Min 4 to 5 months (FULL TIME ONLY)**:

- Familiar with social media landscape and digital marketing channels/ tools. (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Ability to track social media metrics, analyse engagement data, and derive insights from tools like Meta Business Suite.
- Writing engaging and on-brand captions, headlines, and posts.
- Demonstrated experience in art directing, collaterals conceptualization and designing.
- Basic knowledge of editing programs and tools (CapCut). Programs include, but not limited to Adobe Software.Problem solver at heart with a can-do attitude, who can navigate through ambiguity.
