- Deploy under Cyber Security Group in building software products to combat evolving threats & ensure a secure baseline
- Whole-of-Government project (large scale)
- Develop concrete vision of a good product

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding users' needs & pain point (problems), create design artifacts such as personas, user flows, sketches & information architectures to guide design decision
- Build mock-ups & prototypes to illustrate different design approaches, develop design systems & conduct usability testing with users
- Defining the overall aesthetics & visual styles for all products including graphics, colors, and design system
- Work across various team including product managers, developers, etc in Agile development environment
- Create design & initiate unique UX processes for specific products based on certain challenges / criteria posed

**Requirements**:

- min. in Diploma & above
- min. 1-3 years experience in UX related duties
- Skills in Figma / Adobe Creative Suites / Axure / Sketch / etc
- Knowledge in HTML/CSS is a plus
