**Responsibilities**:

- Manage assigned projects to ensure quality and on time execution to the project’s specification and client’s expectation.
- Coordinate the production workflow between the Sales, Design, Procurement and Production departments including any external sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Manage sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and on time delivery within project costs.
- Utilize company’s project management software to coordinate and communicate to project team members during the production process.
- Initiate Production Schedule and manage deadlines for the delivery of projects on time.
- Conduct project meetings as and when required, eg. for issues resolution and updates.
- Facilitate changerequests to ensurethat all partiesare informed and manage any impact on scheduleand budget.
- Managing client’s expectation during projecttransition period.
- Oversee onsite setup work to check on quality delivery, safe work procedures and on time completion, when required.
- Source for sub-contractors, suppliers and production material, when required.
- Conduct post project evaluation to identify key learning points for work improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to lead projectteams and see the assigned projects through to completion.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and work with tightdeadlines.
- Competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good communication skill with people of all levels.
- Understanding of project management methodologies is preferred but not required.
- For Project Executive position, a minimum 1-2 years project management experience from event management, interior design, construction or other related fields.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
