**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Strategy and Planning**
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and return on investment (ROI).

**2. Content Creation and Management**
- Oversee the development of high-quality, engaging, and platform-specific content (text, image, video) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Create and edit compelling conversion-driven content using tools like Canva and CapCut.
- Collaborate with influencers and customers to develop user-generated content (UGC) that enhances brand authenticity and engagement.

**3. Video Editing and Design**
- Utilize video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut to produce engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and conversion goals.
- Work closely with influencers to create and refine content optimized for various social media platforms.

**4. Community and Influencer Management**
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to extend brand reach and enhance credibility.
- Monitor and respond promptly to online enquiries, comments, and messages on social media to foster customer relationships and support sales initiatives.

**5. Campaign Optimization and Analytics**
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, implementing innovative tactics to keep the brand competitive.

**6. Sales and Conversion Focus**
- Develop and execute social media strategies aimed at increasing conversions, traffic, and sales.
- Create and manage content that supports sales initiatives, including promotions, product launches, and special campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

**7. Leadership and Collaboration**
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing insights to enhance overall team performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and design, to ensure seamless and integrated campaigns.
- Partner with HR, Operations, and Sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with beauty consultants to ensure consistent brand messaging and uphold service standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on managing platforms, driving conversions, and handling UGC content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (XHS).
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other video editing tools.
- Experience in creating engaging content and maintaining an active social media presence to drive engagement.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and sales-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with a proactive approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,800.00 per month
