The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for creating, editing, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms. The role involves optimizing social media posts to increase visibility, follower engagement, and brand consistency, and staying up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. The person should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, create, and implement engaging content (photos, video, text, infographics) for all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan and develop content, style, and layout.
- Work closely with the marketing manager to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and bring in relevant ideas for content creation.
- Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages.
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and events on the various platforms.
- Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams.
- Optimize content following search engine optimization (SEO)
- Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social media content creator, Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Critical thinker with excellent multitasking, time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design, video editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva and/or other media editing tools.

**Work Location**: Macpherson - 9am to 6.30pm

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
