Production Engineer

- Work closely with the Management, Manager and teams to determine the materials and processes needed to cover the production demand.
- Work closely with suppliers to make sure delivery of raw materials.
- Prepare & design control panel drawings for customer approval based on project engineer requirements.
- Assign technicians to each production activity and monitor their work to ensure that they finish on time and within the quality standard.
- Address issues immediately when they arise so as to reduce disruption to the production.
- Perform quality checks and control on the production throughout the various stages of production.
- Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Ensure good housekeeping of the production areas and promote safe work practices at all times.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
- Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assigned by the Manager or Management.
- Conduct control panel testing prior factory acceptance test and work with project engineer do factory acceptance test (FAT)
- Conduct RMA devices testing
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge on electrical system & control panel design and manufacturing
- Basic knowledge and skills in computer system
- Preferably Entry Level specialized Electrical Engineering
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, both orally and with written correspondence
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, team player.
