**HR Support**:

- Onboard, coordinate admin and offboard hires and existing staff
- Employee relations and engagement - addressing concerns, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance management
- **Crypto**_ **Industry Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with the technical aspects of _crypto_, _blockchain_, and the _web3 _ecosystem.
- Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the _crypto _industry.

**Qualifications**:

- More than 5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Background and experience hiring in Web3 and Fintech
- Highly motivated and driven
- A strong hunger to learn and inquisitive in nature
- Great communicator and able to consult and partner with business stakeholders
- Degree in Human Resources/Business/Econs or any related fields.

**Other Details**:

- Located in Singapore
- Does not require work pass sponsorship, we are unable to provide.
- Contract For Service

Pay: $7,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month
