Job Description: - Responsible for providing technical and service support to customers for the process and environmental range of products - Prepare service and spare parts quotations to customers enquiries - Perform service tasks like in-house repair and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyzer - Troubleshooting analyzer & advising customers on the best solutions in accordance with standard procedures and safety guidelines of Yokogawa - Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and provide good services support. - Liaise and work with customers to address any service concerns and provide solution on the technical problems - Support project team to perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for project - Identifying potential opportunities to get new preventive & maintenance contract - Provide product training to end user and channel partner Job Requirements: - Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent - At least 5 years in process industry in the field of Instrumentation & Control - Knowledge on gas analyzers, CEMS and water quality analyzers - Experience/knowledge in Yokogawa GC8000, NIR800, Yokogawa PCAS, ASET, network.
