Location: Central

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the administration of the Employee Welfare & benefits programs or activities including logistic tasks in the areas of Employee Communications and relations.
- Monitor and prepare Long Service Award, Marriage and parenthood gift, Break room, record retention, invoice verification etc.
- Responsible for submitting work injury report to MOM. To ensure WICA is submitted within the legal required timeline and any medical assessment for injured employee is promptly administer.
- Leave Management System (LMS) such as Leave Approval / Union Leave Processing, Plant Shutdown leave update and exception list compilation for management’s approval.
- Time Management System (TMS): To ensure system is in proper, To monitor 60 hours & 7 consecutive days, Shift calendar planning and work day setting in system and Amendment on Odd Clocking
- Assist in system enhancement testing.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
- Ability to learn and grow with our organization

**Requirements**:

- Min. GCE O Level or Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Preferably 1 - 2 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws and organizational needs
