**Overall Job Responsibility**:

- Support Governance and Service Excellence division (GSE) in the maintenance of the personal data protection management programme of SG Enable
- Support the in its functions as the programme office for SG Enable’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Support the division in building the awareness and capabilities of staff in data governance and enterprise risk management

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Data Security**
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen data governance in SG Enable, with the ultimate aim of attaining the Data Protection Trustmark
- Work with internal stakeholders to implement and comply with policies and procedures required under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), as well as the data security instructions (DSI) issued by the Ministry
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures relating to data security and protection
- Work with internal stakeholders/ business units (BU) to perform data protection impact assessments (DPIA) for new processes and systems.
- Maintain a repository of critical records such as data inventory map of SG Enable, data sharing agreements with government agencies and other external parties, as well as DPIA carried out by business units
- Conduct checks on data protection compliance within the organisation
- Conduct testing to validate data breach management plan in the event of data security incidents.
- Work with internal stakeholders and/ or the Ministry to support investigative efforts and other action plans in the event of data security incidents
- Provide training and communications to staff on data protection and best practices in managing client and other confidential information
- Attend to queries from internal and external parties regarding SG Enable’s data protection practices

**Enterprise Risk Management**
- Support the division in maintaining SG Enable’s enterprise risk management framework
- Work with risk owners and the various stakeholders to identify new risks
- Work with risk owners to develop and/ or review the risk treatment plans
- Support the division in developing and maintaining the business continuity plans of SG Enable

**Other Duties**
- Support Knowledge Management by drafting policies and/ or working with the policy owners to update their policies
- Provide support for other duties that may be assigned by the Director of GSE or Senior Management from time to time

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 or more years of relevant working experience in data governance, PDPA compliance, and/or enterprise risk management
- Work experience in the social service sector preferred
- Ability to engage and influence various stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and good team player
- Well-organised with good attention to details
- Able to multitask under time constraints and work independently
