**Responsibilities**:

- **QuickBooks Entry Management **Update and maintain accurate entries from QuickBooks into our local inventory and accounting systems.
Ensure timely reconciliation and organization of financial records.
- **Printer & IT Equipment Maintenance **Assist in troubleshooting and performing basic repairs on company printers and IT equipment.
Support regular maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and improve performance.

Address customer questions, route requests to appropriate departments, and assist with follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- **Daily Operations Assistance **Support day-to-day operations by assisting in packing, organizing, and preparing goods for shipment or delivery.
Ensure products are handled safely and efficiently to maintain quality standards.
- **Monthly Stock Take **Participate in monthly inventory counts to verify stock levels and assist in identifying discrepancies.
Help organize and maintain accurate stock records to support streamlined inventory management.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on printers and IT equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills for customer service support.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and packing goods.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in operations, customer support, or IT assistance.
- Familiarity with inventory management processes.
