**About the Company**:
Our client is a fast-growing **Venture Capital **firm focused on investing in innovative and high-growth companies. As part of their current business expansion plan, they are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Head of Compliance to join their team in Singapore. This role is crucial in supporting the firm's growth while maintaining the highest levels of compliance and regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance Framework Development**:Develop and manage the company's compliance framework and strategy from the ground up.
- **Regulatory Liaison**:Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities; Manage all communications and interactions with MAS.
- **Audits and Assessments**:Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement. Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and the board, highlighting key compliance issues and recommendations.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a hands-on compliance role within the financial services industry, preferably within a **Venture Capital **firm.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and the ability to develop and implement compliance strategies from scratch.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
