Job responsibilities

Business Objectives.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Lead and execute key procurement strategy.
- Ensure end to end procurement processes & activities to meet the objectives of (i) proper governance, (ii) cost efficiencies and (iii) on time delivery of projects.
- Engage with legal team and users in contract negotiation to ensure timely formation and execution of contract and compliance to corporate governance

Lead end to end Procurement activities:

- Validate purchase requirement and issue RFQ/RFP
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure purchase requisitions are attended on a timely basis and

ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Sourcing and selection of suppliers to ensure cost competitiveness, timely project delivery and quality of work.
- Prepare procurement documents, cost analysis, and negotiate with suppliers
- Generate monthly report and trend analysis.
- Support negotiation and contracts closure with suppliers.
- Conduct procurement activities in E-Procurement platform

Contract Management:

- Engage with legal and users in contract negotiation to ensure timely execution of contracts of the

projects.
- Proficiency in identification of contract gaps/risk and mitigated approach in contract report.
- Ensure contract governance and compliance.
- Maintain contract documentation and timely contract

Process & Policies:

- Ensure strict compliance for Procurement process and policy for sourcing and purchase decision
- Ensure Fairness & transparency in decision makings.

Stakeholder management:

- Early engagement with stakeholders to ensure purchase requisitions are attended on a timely basis

Supplier engagement:

- Maintain and update accredited suppliers’ information
- Periodic supplier Governance meeting with suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in end-to-end procurement process, preferably in infrastructure/ DC industry
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is preferred
- Strong commercial, negotiation and analytical skill with ability to draw big picture
- Ability to communicate and engage effectively with stakeholder and senior management.
- Team player given the need to interact with different business units
- Ability to work independently under tight timelines
- Experience in MS Office suite, SAP and Ariba
- Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards and other project-related activities, their interfaces and interdependencies will be a plus
- Strong communication & decision-making skills-ability to manage conflicting interest.
- Effective presentation writing to present procurement reports/presentations to address business needs of the intended audience
