**About the job**

The role sits within the IT Security Department and will report directly to the Head of IRMSG. The role portfolio covers Singapore, US, Cardiff, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the Security of Identity Access Management (IAM)/ Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems
- Establish policies, procedures, and standards for IAM/PAM that are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and expertise on IAM/PAM-related matters to technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
- Work closely with other stakeholders to identify and mitigate IAM/PAM-related risks, including those related to data breaches, insider threats, and regulatory compliance.
- Working close with project teams, this role is responsible for deployment and operations support of new initiatives in the IAM/PAM domain.
- Responsible for the day-to-day support, monitoring, upgrades, patching, configuration, and management of IAM/PAM infrastructure.
- Develop scripts and tools for data migration (data checking, cleansing, transformation, merging, loading, reconciliation).
- Responsible for improving existing solutions and services in use by partnering with Enterprise Architecture and Security Operations to drives automation and innovation.

2. Responsible for managing all audit matters relating to identify access and privileged access management, including internal/external audit and regulators

3. Undertakes other duties as directed by the Head of IRMSG

**About you**
- Degree in IT / Engineering / Computer Science or Engineering / Information Security or equivalent
- A current, recognized, professional management certification (e.g. CISM, CISSP, CISA, CompTIA Security+, ITIL) is desired.
- A minimum of 4 years IT experience, with experience in IAM/PAM management in deployment, configuration, management, and support. This includes support and integration of IAM/PAM via APIs.
- Extensive expertise in the design, implementation, and operation of effective IAM solutions, including privileged access management, Single Sign On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Cloud IAM solutions.
- Knowledge in scripting languages such as PowerShell, PERL, bash, VBScript, JavaScript and SQL statements to develop management reports.
- Knowledge in any of the IAM/PAM tools such as Microsoft, Ping identity, Okta, Oracle, SailPoint, Multi-Factor Authentication, identity Federation, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, BeyondTrust, CyberArk etc.
- Strong understanding of identity and privileged access management, risk management, compliance, governance and control.
- Experience in implementing and supporting IAM/PAM tools and processes, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to rapidly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), able to work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
