Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in admin duties, eg. Preparing Invoices / PO’s / Quotations/filing of
- documents, Receiving shipments, Schedule delivery
- Provide secretarial support to the Managing Director
- Ad hoc duties assigned
**Requirements**:
- Min Diploma with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in basic accounting and admin.
- Preferably familiar with MYOB / QuickBooks - Accounting.
- Entry-level with a good learning attitude will be considered
- Meticulous, good team player, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (as required to communicate with Mandarin speaking colleagues and vendors)
- Positive work attitude and willingness to learn
- Immediate position.
