**Job Summary**

This position is responsible for all activities involving materials movement and inventory transfer between the warehouse, production, and staging area. The overall objective of the role is to support a wide variety of tasks in the warehouse function. This includes receiving, supporting production, shipping, cycle counting, inventory management and systems. This role requires a certain level of computer literacy and high level of physical effort.

**Responsibilities**
- To assist Warehouse Supervisor in Receiving, Production Support, Shipping & Inventory Management.
- Receiving - unloading, inspecting, receiving, sampling and locating all ingredients, packing and finished product that arrives at the plant.
- Production support - ensuring continuous supply of ingredients and packaging to production and filling lines. Support shipping and receiving.
- Shipping - inspecting, counting and loading outbound shipments, completing all paperwork, preparing shipment samples, bracing loads.
- Inventory management - perform cycle counts, complete reconciliations, monitor inventory transactions, continually sort out inventory issues as they arise.
- Proper documentation/filing & goods receiving of delivered items to warehouse in the online system (QAD, HMM).
- Maintain good housekeeping in warehouse area using Lean system (eg. 5S, FIFO, RCA)
- Strict compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements pertaining to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS).
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- NITEC, Higher NITEC with minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, freight forwarding and logistics in the Chemicals industry, Aerospace background preferred.
- Preferably with a valid forklift license.
- Good interpersonal skills - able to work well with all levels
- Able to work under mínimal supervision, possesses initiative and willing to learn attitude.
- Fast learner and has a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Basic PC knowledge skills is a must.
