**Job Summary**:
The incumbent will be part of the Information Technology infrastructure team to provide support to meet the business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Primarily responsible for all IT infrastructure support and administration for the company including and not limited to the following to ensure uptime availability, performance and IT security are within SLA and scope:

- Windows 10/11 and Office 365 (Office, Teams, SharePoint)
- Windows Server 2012R2 to 2021 (Server clustering/Hyper-V)
- Network: LAN/WAN/WIFI/Internet/Firewall/IPS/WAN acceleration
- To provide 24x7 stand-by on call IT incident support based on the duty roster for remote and on-site support for office and warehouse locations within Singapore.
- IT Inventory Asset management and end of life product refresh management
- Ensuring compliance with IT security and company standard and policies.
- IT vendor management.
- Take on small to medium size infrastructure projects.
- Involve and participate IT infrastructure related audit with suppliers/customers.
- Be part of the team to review new IT infrastructure technologies/solutions to address business requirements.

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Min 3 years of experience in server and network infrastructure support and administration.
- Requires strong experience with Windows Server 2012R2 -2021, VEEAM, Nimble SAN storage, Windows Hyper-V support, administration and implementation.
- Basic networking knowledge with Cisco switches/routers, Fortigate firewall, Aruba wireless and Riverbed appliances.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skill.
- Strong project management skills and able to multitask and work both independently and with others.
- The following certifications would be an added advantage:

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
- Cisco CCNA.
